Only 60.7% of Haitians over the age of 15 can read and write. Many of the parents of Lott Carey students didn’t complete the third grade and would very much like to see their children get a good education. 

Lott Carey School is educating children who educate others. Students are empowered and excited to share what they are learning with their family, friends, peers, and neighbors. Our graduates are prepared for work in various fields or to go on to higher education, and are ideal leaders to serve as positive role models within their chosen professions. They are equipped to build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

When you donate to Haiti Kids School, you provide funds to assist with construction and classroom maintenance, books, materials, staffing, uniforms, and other needs identified by the principal of the school.
