Our Mission & Vision

Haiti Kids School is a 501c3 organization whose mission is to make a difference in the Haitian communities. We vow to help create change by making education, nutrition, and health services available to the Haitian communities we serve. Haiti Kids School has been supporting Lott Carey School in Leogane, Haiti since 2008.

Our vision is to empower local Haitian educators to provide educational programs for community members.  We also provide assistance and education in the areas of nutrition and healthcare. These services are provided through empowering local Haitian businesses and professionals through finances and training.

We believe that to serve ‘the least of these’ is to serve the one and only God and His son Jesus Christ (Matthew 25:40). We hope to be His hands and feet as we seek to partner with these communities to build a brighter future.

About Leogane, Haiti

Lott Carey School is located in Leogane, Haiti. Léogâne, population 250,000, is located 18 miles west of Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince and was at the epicenter of the 7.0 earthquake on January 12, 2010. 80-90% of the city was destroyed. The schools, hospitals, houses, stores, and orphanages were left in total devastation. In an already severely impoverished population; thousands were left homeless and in worse living conditions than they were prior to the earthquake.
